helped Leo Handojo, a native of Burnie, Tasmania to set up a small sushi business in his hometown.
Leo first came across Sushi Machines and Melvin Wee through a web search when he was planning to set up a sushi shop in Burnie. After communicating with Sushi Machine, Leo met up with Melvin in Melbourne around late November 2009.
Melvin took Leo through the entire sushi business operation, explaining everything from store layout, kitchen layout and presentation to the training facility he provided free of charge on the purchase of a sushi machine. Melvin also took Leo to visit a few of Sushi Machine’s existing happy clients in and around Melbourne.
Leo purchased the Autec ASM850 and ASM720 models on Melvin’s advice. His team has been using the two sushi machines to practise their skills. According to Leo, the machines are not only well made, they also simplify the sushi making process. Even the other customers that Leo spoke with earlier were happy with their machines’ reliability and ease of operation.
Leo highly recommends Melvin for his sushi equipment range as well as the support provided in getting any sushi business off the ground. He advises anyone entering the business to buy from Melvin Wee’s Sushi Machine as the after sales service is beyond the call of duty.
