The Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) has launched the SCL job board on SCLAA website designed to assist all supply chain & logistics professionals and practitioners in the industry.

SCL job board is just another offering in Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) suite of services that will provide the industry with one-point-of-call when looking for, or placing jobs across Australia.

SCL job board was developed in collaboration with SupplyChainJobz, and called upon all industry participants to support it through the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) job opportunities portal at www.sclaa.com.au.

The innovative career management and job placement service will provide a focussed window into SCL career opportunities for both employers and those seeking their next role.

Key benefits of the SCL job board include daily job vacancies, resume database search functionality, resume alerts and the ability to access niche positions including permanent, part-time and consulting roles.

Benefits for job seekers:

For professional job seekers SCL job board will connect employers, who value specialist skills and experience, to receive the latest candidates available daily and allow job seekers to connect with employers seeking staff.

Job seekers can post their resumes automatically and are ‘matched’ to available positions. Employers and recruiters are then automatically alerted to suitable candidates on a daily basis.

Job seekers have the ability to short-list their favourite job listings which saves employers, recruiters and candidate’s time.

Benefits for employers:

For employers SCL job board will connect them with global talent, finding the right candidate.

The portal will also enable employers to search a resume database, receive resume alerts and advertise positions on a daily basis. Job seekers are emailed every 30 days to ensure that their details are current and to ensure that they have not already filled another position.

Employers will also have the ability free of charge to list their company in an on-line directory enabling them to develop a corporate brand and identity amongst job seekers. Employers can tailor their message to attract the right candidates for their company.

The SCL job board was officially launched at the inaugural Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) NSW breakfast function which was held on Friday the 28th September at the Waterview Convention Centre in Sydney featuring Professor John Gattorna.
