Sullair Australia introduces its latest line-up of stationary air power ShopTek compressors designed to deliver excellent performance, energy efficiency and quiet operation.
Engineered for tough Australian factory conditions, the new Sullair ShopTek compressors feature intelligent electronic controls, low noise levels, space-saving energy-efficient design, and reliable performance.
According to Sullair Stationary Product Manager, Sriram Subramonian, the ShopTek line-up currently comprises of four models ranging in size from 18.5kW to 37kW and with free air delivery from 48.1l/s to 105.6l/s at a working pressure of 8.0bar. The range will be extended to include compressors up to 75kW in the near future. The ShopTek range is fitted with the latest technology controllers that provide multiple compressor sequencing to ensure uniform operation and uninterrupted production.
The advanced monitoring capabilities of the ShopTek compressors help ensure exceptional performance and energy efficiency, with all essential parameters displayed on the controller. The data from the controller can additionally be monitored remotely through Modbus connectivity. Transducers are used to regulate pressure, enhancing performance and efficiency while minimising offload running and over-compression.
Key features of ShopTek motors also include MEPS2 compliance; an air-end designed to deliver maximum output with minimum power consumption; noise-attenuating canopy and component design contributing to extremely quiet operation; and use of Sullube, a biodegradable lubricant with a life of up to 6,000 hours.
Given that energy use accounts for over 70 per cent of the lifecycle cost of a compressor, Sullair has enhanced the energy efficiency of its ShopTek series to improve environmental performance and to reduce the overall cost of compressor ownership for the end user.
Combined with Sullair’s nationwide network of service centres, staffed by highly trained technicians, the ShopTek line-up offers premium reliability to keep Australian business in production.
