Store-Safe has recruited two of Australia’s leading Dangerous Goods Consultants to answer customer queries on its website.
Leading dangerous goods storage and management company Store-Safe has hired Barry Bone and Dick Benbow, founding members of the Australian Institute of Dangerous Goods Consultants (AIDGC) to answer questions from customers on dangerous goods management.
The Store-Safe website’s open forum section will feature the two experts who will offer dangerous goods advice to customers.
According to Store-Safe’s founder and Managing Director Grant Breeze, the idea to feature the experts came about with the growing complexity of the industry itself, especially issues concerning laws, legislation and Australian Standards regarding dangerous goods in the workplace.
While Store-Safe’s sales force is trained and competent, some of the complex questions are referred to the AIDGC consultants.
According to the AIDGC, given the strict, recently changed regulations, harsh penalties and serious dangers, companies need to understand their risks and meet their legal responsibilities or face catastrophic consequences.
