Storage Ideas offers its customers a range of storage solutions, including intelligently engineered selective ColbyRACK warehouse storage systems.

These warehouse storage systems have been rigorously tested, and they comply with Australian Standard AS4084 – 1993 and European Standard EN15512, as well as the newly released Australian standard AS4084 – 2012.

Depending on load carrying requirements the uprights in these warehouse storage systems are made from 1.5, 1.9 or 2.4 mm galvanised high tensile steel.

The smartly designed uprights feature a strengthening rib and a stiffened rear flange for extra support in those areas that often uphold weighty objects and thus required extra strength.

The warehouse storage systems feature diamond slots which are precisely positioned to ensure for high connection stiffness when matched with the Colby range of adjustable beams.

Each frame within the warehouse storage systems is purpose designed to accurately meet load carrying requirements.

The ColbyRACK warehouse storage systems can be used in conjunction with the Colby range of open, box, and heavy duty beams.

Colby beams are available in standard lengths up to 3810mm and standard depths up to 155mm, and they come complete with three and four tang connectors that are tailored to fit perfectly into the diamond slots.

All of these beams are powder coated with Colby safety orange and safety clips are used to secure the connection.

The selective ColbyRACK warehouse storage systems are certified using proprietary Colby RackMAN software.

This software provides customers with piece of mind as it ensures the warehouse storage systems are safe and comply with relevant design standards.
