Standaco Machinery Sales has been selling King Rich bed mills for over 19 years, with over 2000 solid in the Australian market.
Stability is provided through the mills reinforced high rigidity milling heads and a transmission shaft fitted clutch to prevent overloads. The X and Y-axes are coated with a layer of American rulon 1.6mm Teflon to ensure optimum wear resistance, accuracy and resisting head load.
Auto lubrication, electrics system, a coolant pump, try and splash guard are all standard features. A frequency inverter control on longitudinal feed and cross feed works with a 1 HP AC rapid vertical motor with included break.
The X and Y-axes feature ballscrews and American red turcite. The Y and Z-axes feature square slideways, while the X axis features a dovetail slideways.
A range of options are available on King Rich bed mills. These include a 5HP or 7.5HP inverter head, a DRO system, and an air power drawbar. A working light and semi table guard are also supported.
The Y-axis can support a roller type up-down chip guard and a steel slide cover. The X-axis can be equipped with electrolytic dissociation, while the Z-axis can be fitted with an air brake unit.
