Standaco Machinery Sales supply both conventional and CNC machine tools to Australian industries.
Standaco stock Chevalier’s horizontal boring and milling machines. These machines come in two models: the FBM-5986RQ which weighs 29,000kg and has a max table load of 7,000kg, and the FBM-86157RT which weighs 48,000kg and is able to support up to 20,000kg. Both feature a programmable quil on the W-axis.
The travelling headstock ensures maximum stability and rigidity throughout any boring operation. Italian Guarniflon media provides resistance against wear under heavy loads. Also supported are Heidenhain linear scales, with a maximum accuracy of up to 0.001 mm.
Made from stress-relieved cast iron, the machines feature a tool magazine for 60 standard tools. The three axes eliminate thermal expansion through the use of c3 ball screws, coolant and Japanese p4 bearings. Accuracy and machine life are extended through 7 piece double hydraulics on a single axis.
