Stainelec Hydraulic Equipment  announces the NP2X Hydraulic Hole Puncher for the Mining Industry to meet mining spec MDG-41. the NP2X is manufactured by Kamekura Seiki in the Niigata area of Japan, famous for hydraulic tools and precision machining expertise.

The NP2X Hydraulic hole punchers’ hydraulic pressure hose has a tested working pressure of 700 bar and comes with a written test report and a certified sticker for MDG-41. The high pressure hose is also covered with a protection sheath for fire prevention to meet specifications and has a 4 to 1 safety factor for maximum burst pressure at 2800 bar.

The model NP2X hole puncher unit and pump has no internal or external aluminium parts making it ideal for coal mining work situations. It also features a recent updated new stainless steel T handle release valve control.

Round punch and die sets are fully machined from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) with 8 cutting sides and are hardened to 55 rockwell. Square punch and die sets are manufactured from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) by EDM machine centre and are also hardened to 55 rockwell. An extensive range of tooling is readily available from 15mm through to 120mm diameter for round hole punching and 20mm through to 92mm square hole punching.

The operation of the NP2X Hydraulic hole puncher is quick and easy for providing a professional finish without leaving any damage to finished painted products and features a powerful 15 ton output capacity and capability of punching holes up to 3.2mm thick sheet metal and 2.6mm thick stainless steel.
