Spraying Solutions for wood products available from Spraying Systems



Spraying systems

Spraying Systems has spraying solutions to suit the requirements of wood products manufacturing, including sawmilling operations.

Spraying systems are available for log separation, blow-off and drying, cooling, coating/release agents, marking resin and glue application, steam injection and forming.

There are ideal solutions for tasks such as nail marking using the PulsaJet pulse-width-modulated atomised spraying pattern at frequencies to 10,000 cycles per minute.

The scope of products is wide including foggers, and atomising nozzles for humidifying and air knives for drying and blowing off.

In addition there solutions for lubrication, cleaning and coating all described in Spraying Systems’ informative publication “Optimising Spray Performance in OSB, Plywood and Particleboard Manufacturing”.
