SPRAYING Systems has introduced the new UltraClean BCFT tank machine fluid-driven four-nozzle cleaning systems. These are suitable for cleaning large tanks with diameters to 20m. The UltraClean BCFT’s rounded shape exterior eliminates deposit traps making it suitable for sterile applications.
The system’s wetted components are appropriate for food-grade materials. The body is constructed out of 316SS stainless steel, which is ideal for CIP applications and portable tank cleaning.
The lubricant-free design minimises the risk of cross contamination. The fluid-driven impeller and planetary gear nozzle drive provides a tight, criscross spraying pattern, thus minimising cleaning time while ensuring a highly efficient 360° coverage.
The UltraClean BCFT tank machines are flexible, permitting easy exchange of nozzle sizes with a choice of 3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm orifices.
The machines are suitable for tanks with a minimum opening of 125mm or 12 mm (with short nozzles) and can be selected from four capacity sizes to provide flow rates to 340L/min and operating pressures to 2.07MPa (20.7 Bar). Inlet connections can be chosen from 1-1/2 inch NPT or BSPT. Operating temperatures can be as high as 149°C.
