Centifugal pumps, labellers and range of other equipment supplied by Splatt Engineering Group

Splatt Engineering Group  provides a wide range of equipment which includes centrifugal pumps, labellers, blow moulders, shrink wrappers, induction sealers, cappers, beverage equipment and so on. Centrifugal pumps supplied by Splatt Engineering Group are fitted with cast stainless steel impellors and external carbon ceramic mechanical seals. Centrifugal pumps can be used in a variety of applications, primarily in food and beverage industries.

Blow moulders supplied by Splatt Engineering Group can be used in variety of industries which include mineral water, soft drinks, foodstuff, edible oil, chemicals, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and many more.

Splatt Engineering Group also supplies a range of bottle labelling machines including Polyclad 200. The Polyclad 200 labelling machine is a compact system which applies regular or shrinkable OPP labels on bottles or cans. Polyclad 200 machine is integrated with patented articulated cutting station for improved knife access and a wireless hotmelt glue roller. Polyclad 200 is capable of labelling up to 250 containers per minute.

Apart from mentioned machines, Splatt Engineering Group also provides various other equipment which include depalletisers, conveyors, filters, pumps, tanks, carbo coolers, pasteurisers, accumulation tables, taping units, cooling tunnels and so on.
