To assist in resolving challenging issues with spills entering the stormwater systems, Spill Station Australia manufacture the Spill Station Drain Seal.
When a spill enters the stormwater system, it can be a costly and time consuming problem. Tightening legislation and increasing fines have forced many to consider how prepared they are to contain a spill.
The Spill Station Drain Seal is manufactured from two layers of high density PVC. One layer is non-stick, the second layer is tacky.
Users need simply to place the tacky side of the drain seal over the drain opening to create an effective seal and prevent stormwater pollution. After the pooled liquid is recovered, they just wash down with soap and water and the Drain Seal is ready to respond to any spill emergency.
Aside from personal safety, keeping an emergency spill on site is paramount. Once a spill enters the stormwater system it can be damaging to the environment, the company image, and profits.
Spill Station Drain Seal features include:
- high chemical resistance
- high visibility storage bag for placement in spill prone areas
- easily deployed by a single worker
- available in 810 x 950mm and 1.1 x 1.1m sizes.
