Speedheat floor heating for heated floors

Speedheat floor heating is installed on top of the structural floor, directly under the floor finish whether it is tiles, wood, vinyl or carpets.

Carpet heaters are fitted under new or existing carpets or rugs and even floating timber floors. The floor warms in minutes, heating the entire room in about an hour. Because the heaters are waterproof, steam cleaning and water spills will not affect them.

Meanwhile, tile heaters are installed under a 1.5mm micro thin, self-levelling screed and tiling over the heaters can begin within a day.

Speedheat uses 60 percent less power than conventional electric heaters and in-slab storage heating. Speedheat floor heating’s quick response also enables users to switch unoccupied rooms down or off, so that electricity not being used is not being paid for.

Speedheat’s 1mm double Teflon coated heating wire has no wear and tear and therefore, no maintenance. Speedheat floor heating full earth screen cuts out all electro-magnetic radiation and the self-regulating element means the heaters cannot ignite or burn out even if the users forget to turn the thermostat when they go on holiday.
