Large cardboard pallet boxes can be designed to suit the product and the mode of transport to save cost, and reduce damage in transport. They are supplied flat, and may have an integrated pallet. Specialised Packaging's cardboard bulk-bins have a range of features that set them apart from other products in the market place.
They are supplying concertina folded to reduce freight and handling volume. A stack of collapsed 1100 x 1100 export pallet boxes has a footprint of only 1140 x 2300. They can easily be handled by a standard forklift or pallet jack and racked in standard Australian standard pallet racking.
The standard export pallet boxes are supplied glued and stitched for greater strength. They can be supplied glued only if that is required. Windows, handholds or cardboard inserts can be added to the design as well as corner supports to increase the stacking strength of a standard pallet box to protect the goods inside.
