Spacepac Industries refer Louvred Panels as the backbone of the Maxi storage system. These Louvred panels are pressed steel panels designed to allow all sizes of Maxi bins to hang in a high density, free configuration, suitable for small parts picking. The special lip on the rear of the bin is seated over the louvre of the panel. The bin sits securely on the panel, but is easily removed when required.
Single sided panels are designed to be wall mounted, however there are other mounting possibilities such as to racks or shelf units, secured to the end of benches, desks even the back of doors turning any flat surface into useful storage.

Free standing racks are designed to be put anywhere. Each unit breaks down into 2 components, for ease of erection or change as required. Each unit is modular to create long storage runs and add units can be joined easily as required. Free standing racks are fitted with two rack feet. Extension bays consist of an additional 457mm wide double panel and one rack foot.

The louvred trolley is ideal for supplying components to a workstation or providing a mobile stock replenishment system. The trolley is a double-sided louvred panel unit mounted on a heavy duty tray base, with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors.
