Spacepac Industries has introduced new Rubbermaid’s Max System Dual Pan Prep Cart. The food preparation cart is just right for the facility’s multiple needs.

Sleek and practical, the Max System Dual Pan Prep Cart can function in various areas as preparation, transport, or serving equipment. The food cart can be used as a back-of-house compact food preparation cart and also as distinctive, upscale equipment for serving guests at the front-of-house.

Optional back panel can be obtained from Spacepac to complement banquet or front-of-house setting.

In addition to being a mobile workstation for outside catering, the Max System Dual Pan Food Preparation Cart is an innovative system specially designed to work with full size food pans, food boxes, and gastronorm size food pans.

With a dimension of 116L x 603W x 918H mm, the 8 slot side loader for food boxes, including cutting board and waste containers for user’s convenience.

Providing durability, versatility, and mobility from kitchen to banquet room or outdoor serving areas, the food cart allows quiet handling and its upscale design let workers move food directly from kitchen to dining room for fast restocking without repeated trips.

Heat-resistant plastic construction allows hot baking pans (350°F/176°C max) to be pulled directly from the oven and placed on the rack. The components are made of impact-resistant structural web plastic. Racks and Carts are designed with soft, rounded corners that are easy on walls, doors and other equipment.

Smooth, all-plastic construction resists dents and corrosion, and the removable cutting board makes cleaning easy. Non-marking casters glide over surfaces and dual locking wheels provide stationary control. All casters are 12.7 cm non-marking swivel plate design – 2 locking and 2 non-locking.
