Collapsible crates are easy to use, a single worker can assemble the container in less than a minute. Kitbin panels are interchangeable and can be replaced one-at-a time if damage, cuts replacement and inventory costs.
Folding bulk bins have removable wall which provides easy access for loading and unloading, and improve ergonomics for pick and pull operations. They are engineered from maintenance-free, high-impact resistant HDPE structural foam for the highest strength-to-weight ratio and easy handling.
Folding bulk bins also have patented locking panel design, which provides strength near solid, one-piece units. This makes the bin appropriate for applications involving loads up to 600 kg. The folding bulk bins have smooth surface for easy cleaning and product protection. They have no splinters, rust or paint chips to contaminate products.
As a lifelong usage, the crates have proved to be extreme temperature resistant from +600° C - 400° C and also resistant to UV degradation. It is available with solid wall and vented wall options. Vented walls allow hydro cooling to prevent mold and bacteria growth.
Bulk bins can be lifted through a four-way forklift entry. They are stackable up to 6 units high. The bulk bins are manufactured from completely recyclable material, the folding crates meets USDA standard for direct food contact in agricultural and food processing applications.
