Spacepac Industries presents Bull-dog brackets as an additional form of pallet racking leg guards.
Together with Spacepac’s Rak-atak pallet racking guards and locator, the Bull-dog brackets are invented with the understanding that pallet racking legs can sometimes be supporting many tonnes of product.
Hence protecting these legs is of vital importance to avoid potential disasters caused as a result of impact by forklifts or trolleys.
Bull-dog brackets are manufactured from 5mm thick heavy steel plate and bolt to the warehouse floor independent of the racking, therefore isolating any impact from the structural members of the racking system.
When considered against the cost of potential damage Bull-dog brackets represent a low cost form of insurance. In turn, it serves to protect customer’s investment and reduces the risk of collapse due to impact.
Using a four bolt fixing for maximum security, the protection brackets are powder coated with high visibility safety yellow.
The simple yet functional pallet racking leg guards is 345mm tall and each weighs 4kg approximately.
