VA 1225 automatic case erector available from Solari Packaging Systems


Sydney based packaging machinery manufacturer Solari Packaging Systems has added a new case erector to the range of machines currently marketed by the company.

VA 1225 automatic case erector will be Solari Packaging Systems’s new mainstream machine and is aimed at the up to 25 cases per minute market and replaces Solari’s VA 976 case erector that was introduced in 1982 and gained wide acceptance in the food manufacturing, meat, dairy and fruit industries as well as in mail order houses and distribution centres.

Features of the VA 1225 case erector include fully motorised operation, motorised case magazine of generous length, motorised case opening from opposing major case panels, motorised flap folding, case sealing by hot melt adhesive glue, wide case size range, touch panel controls with diagnostics and the VA 1225’s simple construction allow it to be manufactured in both mild steel or stainless steel.

Manufactured under license to bedo-Verpackungstechnik of Lubeck, Germany with whom Solari has had a close relationship since 1974, the VA 1225 case erector’s innovative design and impressive features are sure to be well received by the local market.
