Wincomm’s WPE-793, available from Soanar - Electronic Component & Supply Chain Solutions is a powerful engine box designed for high definition content playback for digital signage applications. With extreme reliability, the WPE-793 is an ideal choice when using the latest large format display technology, from LCD & Plasma displays to projection systems and LED walls.
The WPE-793 provides excellent performance for H.264 video playback and runs the most advanced Intel CPU with Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad options. The WDT (watchdog timer) function inside the WPE-793 stops the unit from system hang-up nightmares and reduces maintenance call outs.
WPE-793 I/O ports include; 2x Serial ports (RS232 + RS485), 4x USB 2.0 connectors, 2x 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet port, 3x Audio ports, VGA port, DVI port, 2x PS2 interfaces for mouse and keyboard, PCI Express x16 slot for Dual DVI/S-video output ports (option), PCI Express x 1 slot for TV tuner/Video capture (option).

With optional HD2600 graphics card, Wincomm’s WPE-793 w/ ATi HD2600 graphics card solution provides Dual DVI output for dual-display digital signage applications either stretched or for independent dual displays. Other options include Wireless LAN, TV Tuner & Video Capture Card.
