TEKO, represented in ANZ and South Asia by Soanar have introduced a range of enclosures in the field of hand-held cases for electronic applications. TEKO’s new TEKMAG range of cases is moulded in TEKNIUM, a special magnesium alloy. These cases are light in weight and have shielding properties.
TEKMAG cases are suitable for hand-held devices in industrial automation, avionics, marine and automotive fields. All models are equipped with IP65 sealing kits to protect electronics against ingress of water and dust.
The side profiles have a soft-feel surface to assure a secure grip. Versions with battery compartment for 2x AA/1x 9V batteries or 4x AA/2x 9V batteries suitable for self-powered devices are available. The recessed area of 132 x 72mm on the covers can accept a membrane keypad or an LCD display.
