Navman waterproof GPS receiver
Navman GPS3260/3261-xLP, available from Soanar , is a tethered, fully integrated GPS antenna and receiver with low power consumption that easily brings location capabilities to any platform. The GPS3260 series includes a 20-channel ultra-high sensitivity receiver based on SiRFstar III technology, mounted in a waterproof casing (IPX7 submersible) and a magnetic mount base, providing quick TTFF (Time to First Fix) in challenging environments such as urban canyons or dense foliage, and in all weather conditions.

The GPS3260-xLP runs in high sensitivity (-159 dBm tracking) and low power consumption. It has a fixed cable with either RJ11 or USB connector and a LED indicating the GPS fix. It can be programmed to output NMEA-0183/SiRF binary message and selectable baud rate.

The features of GPS receiver include:

  • Waterproof feature (IPX7)
  • Plug and use feature (USB or RJ11 serial)
  • Built in patch antenna
  • New SiRF Star III technology low power chipset
  • High sensitivity (-159dBm)
  • Low power consumption ~34mA
