Excel Cell Electronics, distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Soanar , have released ERD7 rotary switch to expand the existing range of 10mm square rotary switches.
The ERD7 rotary switch has a small size of 7.2mm square by 3.0mm high, making it suitable for applications where space is limited. It is available in both through hole and surface mount versions. A right angle (side adjust) through hole style is also offered. The gold plated contact area ensures connection for micro-current circuits down to 10µA at 5VDC.
The pin out of the ERD7 rotary switch is compatible with current equivalents and follows industry standard 3:3 format. Both real and complement codes are available.
