Broad range of Atmel RFID devices available from Soanar

ATA2270-EK1 LF RFID
For 125-/134 kHz contactless read-write RF identification systems, Atmel offers a broad range of RFID devices, delivered as die on wafer, die in tray, die on tape, micromodule or complete transponder in plastic package.
Atmel’s RFID read-write devices with different security levels (OTP, unique ID, password and/ or authentication) are flexible, easy to design-in and well- matched.
Applications include access control, animal ID (ISO11784/85), manufacturing and logistics.
One such read/write IC in the low frequency 100-150Khz range is ATA5577, which is configurable for ISO/IEC 11784/785 animal and waste standard compatibility. It is also adaptable to access control applications.
Atmel also offers its customers a LF RFID application kit ATA2270-EK1.
This LF demonstration kit provides a completely self-contained means to begin using RFID systems, even for users with little prior RFID experience.
It supplies an LCD and control buttons to enable interaction with the RFID system. This stand-alone system supports the e5530/TK5530, T5551/TK5551, ATA5567 (T5557), ATA5570, ATA5577, ATA5558 IDICs and U2270 from Atmel.
The included source code and reference designs allow a complete system-level design to be evaluated and prototyped in short amount of time using the building blocks provided in this kit. This kit is supported by all the standard AVR development tools such as AVR Studio, STK500, JTAGICE mkII, etc.
Atmel RFID devices are available from Soanar.
