Snaptec Australia has released a range of industrial grade Ferro-resonant constant voltage DC power supplies and battery chargers, also know as constant voltage transformers (CVT).
To meet or surpass the requirements of the relevant Australian standards the power supplies are built using transformers. The best performance for the most difficult duties and environments is provided by the materials and manufacturing procedures used. Only high grade electrical steel is used with the power supplies, ensuring low iron losses. All windings are manufactured from high conductivity PEI2 insulated circular or rectangular copper conductors.
