The Sippel International group, for their unique trademarked Airstake air flotation load movement systems, has for the past 30 years supplied these systems with a minimum locally made content of 50% to often around 85% local for larger transporters projects.

Loads have ranged from production line use for 250 kg wire coils to food and confectionary to printing, oil, nuclear, power and metal components manufacturing and can range from 1 to 60 tonnes and much more.
Whatever the load, air pressure on the floor hardly ever needs to exceed between 5 to a maximum 180 kPa.
The success rate over 30 years is enjoyed for the many one off and repeat hire moves of al kinds of machinery.
The features are good safety, quietness for even recording studios, easy, gentle movement on reasonably smooth, level surfaces with low power of 1 to 2 kg per tonne for propulsion or control of load object due to the frictionless suspension on a film of air via a diaphragm system.
The Airstake system's flexibility of size and support can be selected to suit each customer’s special requirements on demand.
Between 20 mm to 100 mm low profile steel, stainless steel, aluminium or galvanised Airstake structures can be selected to suit the operating environment.
