Signet releases Your Buyer’s Guide catalogue

often chooses its catalogue as the launch-pad for new initiatives, and the latest issue of Your Buyer’s Guide is again the platform for the company’s vision.
With the release of Your Buyer’s Guide on 1 February, Signet has announced a range of customer and community service ventures.
Among them, the sponsorship of Olympic Gold Medallist, Diver Chantelle Newbery added momentum to Signet’s focus on supporting Australian sporting talent in the lead-up to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Signet customers were also given another chance to experience Olympic fever with the announcement of a competition prize holiday to China to see the Olympic Games first hand.
“It is always rewarding to give those who support Signet direct involvement in our community service projects,” said managing director, Mark Brennan.
“Any customer that places an order between now and May 31 has a chance to win this great experience, as well as entering a daily draw to win a digital camera.”
The launch of this latest Olympic adventure competition follows Signet’s recent announcement of Wade Henry (Vision International) as the winner of last year’s prize draw.
Mr Henry and his partner will travel to Beijing in August to see the Opening Ceremony and selected events at the 2008 Olympic Games.
From a packaging perspective, February saw the introduction of 25 items to the Signet range.
Representing a mix of product innovation and new brands, Signet’s newcomers include Tesa electrical tape, rechargeable batteries and adjustable and wraparound cartons.
Finally, the redeveloped Signet website was released to customers, enhancing the leading-edge facility with even more interactive purchasing and account management tools.
“In creating the new Signet website, we combined our customers’ account histories with streamlined navigation to create a more personalised, accurate and efficient experience,” Mr Brennan said.
The new features include a my account facility that provides personalised access to invoicing, order tracking, purchase history and a favourites product directory where you can add your favourite products for easy ordering.
