Wheel Rolling Pincher turret punch press
Problem:

Producing parts that require a 90° bend in material. The process that in place is very time consuming and difficult to manage.

Solution:

Wilson Tool offers the Wilson Wheel Rolling Pincher turret punch press tooling with a 95° angle (and flat wheel) to help improve this process. The Rolling Pincher will also allow useres to start or stop anywhere on the sheet with virtually no burrs or nibble marks.

The Wilson Wheel Rolling Pincher is available as form up or form down. In addition to offering Wheel tools, Wilson Tool also offers hands on training classes on how to use these tools.
