Available from Sheetmetal Tooling Tech , Wilson Tool European style press brake tooling features a unique clamping system, state-of-the-art manufacturing and exclusive surface enhancement to offer a better tooling solution.

With the Wilson Express Clamping System, set-up is both quick and simple. Wilson’s system of punch holders allows most tools to be changed in a matter of seconds, and because the Express Clamping System is designed to use standard European style press brake tooling with a safety groove there is no need for special tooling.

Wilson Tool's European style staged bending tooling has common shut heights built in to eliminate the complicated setups required to complete multiple bends in one press brake setup using conventional means. Thirty-degree, offset, gooseneck, and other tools are installed in succession in on press brake, without the risk of punches and dies colliding.

This press brake tooling is precision ground to a tolerance of +/- .02mm on all critical dimensions for increased reliability, and the common centerlines on all punches eliminate wasted time spent locating the back gauge origin position and subsequent scrap.

To increase the life of their press brake tooling, Wilson Tool use their exclusive Nitrex high endurance surface enhancement process to provide a surface hardness of HRC-70. Nitrex increases long-term durability and minimises galling in the toughest of bending applications.

All Wilson European style press brake tooling is manufactured using ultra-hard steel for increased strength and a longer tool life. Wilson manufacture every press brake tool at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to ensure complete quality control and prompt delivery.
