Sheetmetal Tooling Tech  introduces 5-station ID stamps manufactured from tough Ultima tool steel to mark components using the Trumpf-style 5-station multi-tool.

The 5-station multi-tool uses a set of five special stamping punches. The standard font size is 10mm and the tool is designed for use in materials up to 8mm thick.

When used collectively as a group or combined, they will create the letters A - Z, numbers 0 - 9 and symbols such as %, $, /, \, <, >, = or +.

The 5-station ID stamps are manufactured using Ultima tool steel to boost the resistance for demanding applications that require durability and robustness.

Ultima steel improves tool life when punching abrasive materials with high tensile strength.

The 5-station ID stamps are used in applications such as:

  • Part identification
  • Company names
  • Logos
  • Signs

The multi-tool requires special software and is compatible with ToPs 300 (V 4.12) as well as major CAD/CAM software.
