The user-friendly site now offers over 25,000 safety products, a first aid and no smoking resource centre and online custom product applications, giving customers the ability to visually create unique safety signs and safety products directly from the site.
The new website appears cleaner and offers increased download speeds and improved browsing features, such as the sign legend finder. Even with The new navigation tools enable customers to browse through hundreds of categories in a single click. The search function has also been improved, and now allows customers to locate any item based on search query or item number. Users can also chat live with a customer service representative and get answers to product queries and ask experienced staff for product recommendations.
The new website accepts more payment options and makes ordering easier. Existing customers can simply bill their Seton account while new customers can choose to pay by credit card or use instant credit terms and receive a 30-day invoice.
