SEPAK Jar wash recovery system, available from, SEPAK Industries, consists of two main assemblies, water recovery tank, and spray nozzles assembly.
Counter rotating mixers for non-Newtonian liquids (8-Feb-2006)
SEPAK Industries design and manufacture counter rotating mixers for the mixing of viscous, non-Newtonian fluids in tanks and process vessels. Products such as conditioners, shampoo and tomato sauce can now be easily mixed, improving heating and process times.
Batch pasteurising systems (7-Feb-2006)
SEPAK Industries now design and manufacture batch pasteurising systems (cook tanks) suitable for commercial kitchens and caterers. The cook tanks are suitable for pasteurising sealed food products such as meat roasts in sealed bags, stewed meat and vegetables in bags or jams and preserves in jars.
Melting problems solved (5-Aug-2005)
SEPAK Industries now manufactures steam melting grids for products such as butter, shortening and waxes. The steam melting grids can considerably reduce melting times, compared with conventional electric melting methods.
Stainless steel pallet safety gate (2-May-2005)
SEPAK Industries manufactures stainless steel pallet safety gates for safe unloading of pallets near raised platform edges. This pivoting gate system ensures guarding is between the worker and the platform edge at all times when a pallet is loaded/unloaded by forklift.
High pressure hot water system (2-May-2005)
SEPAK Industries now manufactures high pressure hot water systems for generation of hot water up to 150°C. These hot water systems are used in applications where direct steam heating would burn or foul the product such as in UHT pasteurisers, heat exchangers or cooking kettles.
Continuous UHT pasteurising systems (29-Apr-2005)
SEPAK Industries manufactures continuous UHT or standard pasteurising systems for milk, ice cream, juices, soups, sauces and food products. There are standard designs available or systems can be custom designed for specific applications.
Stainless steel filter boxes (29-Apr-2005)
SEPAK Industries now manufactures stainless steel filter boxes for hygienic venting of tanks and vessels. The filter boxes suit standard rectangular air filter cartridges. Filter housings are available with 'single' or 'tee' inlet to suit one or two flexible hose connections to tanks.
Stainless steel process vessels (18-Mar-2005)
SEPAK Industries designs, manufactures and installs stainless steel tanks, process vessels and kettles for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Tanks and vessels can be custom-designed with dimple plate cavity jackets for heating of contents with steam or hot water or for cooling with glycol or refrigerant.

SEPAK Industries has released the Fristam Shearpump, based on the design of the FP centrifugal pump range.
Contamination proof butterfly valve (8-Jun-2004)
SUDMO, represented by Sepak Industries, has released the cross contamination proof butterfly valve as part of its hygienic valve range. These valves consist of two butterfly valves in series separated by a separately cleanable leakage chamber.

SEPAK Industries is now supplying plate heat exchangers suitable for products containing particulates such as yogurts with fruit, fruit juice containing pulp and pulp for the paper industry.

Delicate product piston pumps (13-Jan-2004)
THE Unica piston pump has been released by Sepak to provide delicate product handling and allow pumping of products containing large particulates such as half peaches, mango slices and whole strawberries.
All welded plate and shell heat exchanger (13-Jan-2004)
PLATE and shell heat exchangers are now available from Sepak. This heat exchanger is approximately five to six times more efficient than a regular tube and shell unit because it uses plates with a high surface area instead of tubes.
Unique pump handles bulk product (3-Jun-2003)
THE Unicar piston pump, available from Sepak Industries, is a new hygienic pump that ensures delicate product handling and allows pumping of products containing large particulates such as half peaches mango slices and whole strawberries.
