Sepak Industries is an Australian company that manufactures, designs and installs a range of stainless steel tanks, kettles and process vessels for the pharmaceutical, beverage and food industries.
Sepak is able to custom design vessels and tanks featuring dimple plate cavity jackets to heat contents with hot water or steam, or to cool contents with refrigerants or glycol. Tanks ranging from 50L to 50ML are able to have either flat sloped or conical bottoms. A number of options are available including spray balls, top or side entry and outlet valves.
Stainless stell pressure vessels are also able to be custom designed by Sepak Industries. All Sepak Industries vessels and tanks are manufactured using stainless steel #316 welded parts, ensuring hygienic design due to polished internal surfaces and knuckle radius. A number of specialised mixing solutions for vessels can also be offered.
The options for these include ribbon mixers, specialised powder dispersing mixers, paddle type mixers, scraped surface agitators, high shear mixers, emulsifiers and counter rotating mixers.
A full complement of associated process equipment is available, such as hygiene valves, sight glasses, hygienic pumps, homogenisers, grape presses and separators.
