SEPAK Industries manufactures a hygienic, highly polished, stainless steel self-contained heating and mixing tank for a pharmaceutical industry to achieve stable chemical reaction by using an integrated heating system and controlled mixing solution.

SEPAK Jar wash recovery system, available from, SEPAK Industries, consists of two main assemblies, water recovery tank, and spray nozzles assembly.

The counter rotating mixer was fitted to an existing 7500L steam jacketed, vacuum vessel. Counter rotating mixers for non-Newtonian liquids (8-Feb-2006)
SEPAK Industries design and manufacture counter rotating mixers for the mixing of viscous, non-Newtonian fluids in tanks and process vessels. Products such as conditioners, shampoo and tomato sauce can now be easily mixed, improving heating and process times.

Sepak Industries’ cook tanks have a 1000L (total water volume) capacity as standard. Batch pasteurising systems (7-Feb-2006)
SEPAK Industries now design and manufacture batch pasteurising systems (cook tanks) suitable for commercial kitchens and caterers. The cook tanks are suitable for pasteurising sealed food products such as meat roasts in sealed bags, stewed meat and vegetables in bags or jams and preserves in jars.

Used for wax melting for shampoos and conditioners. Melting problems solved (5-Aug-2005)
SEPAK Industries now manufactures steam melting grids for products such as butter, shortening and waxes. The steam melting grids can considerably reduce melting times, compared with conventional electric melting methods.
