SEPAK Industries manufactures a hygienic, highly polished, stainless steel self-contained heating and mixing tank for a pharmaceutical industry to achieve stable chemical reaction by using an integrated heating system and controlled mixing solution.

The reaction tank comes with complete integrated heating and mixing system, assembled on a stainless steel skid on wheels.

A hot water jacket surrounds the reaction chamber for this 250 litres tank.

Heating element automated by using a digital temperature controller that can be set to the desirable reaction temperature. A water circulation system ensures even temperature distribution.

A Variable speed stirrer controlled by a digital VSD to adjust product-mixing speed. A smart whisk design with standard blades gives high agitating efficiency for reaction.
