The SP series milk pasteurisation system, available from Sepak Industries , has been specifically designed for pasteurisation of milk for organic and non organic milk, fresh milk, full cream milk, flavoured milk, yogurt and cheese.

Using the milk pasteurisation system from Sepak will ensure a quality product with minimal loss of protein. The milk pasteurisation system can be easily relocated, uses minimal floor space and features a Clean In Place (CIP) design and high production rate.

The milk pasteurisation system also features a built in hygienic pump with optional speed control and an accurate digital display.

The pasteurisation equipment temperature reaches 92°C and cools to 4°C (both subject to sufficient heating and cooling source).

Design feature of the milk pasteurisation system includes a digital pasteurisation temperature control system and a digital cooling temperature control system that is only for the fresh milk pasteuriser.

The plate heat exchangers, holding tubes and hygienic pump are all manufactured from stainless steel 316.

Sepak’s pasteurisation system features compact system stainless steel 304 skid on the wheels, offering mobility of the pasteurisers.

The milk pasteurisation system can be used with 240V AC power supply (only on request) and features an electronic data cogger.
