Two Tesab machines have been added by Ian Colley Earthmoving Services to its equipment fleet for crushing and screening applications.
Serving the construction industry in the Central West of New South Wales since 1998, Ian Colley Earthmoving Services specialises in a range of excavation and mining services for civil, rural and residential applications.
The company added a Tesab 10570 jaw crusher and a Tesab Model TS2600 two deck incline screen to its equipment fleet; the two Tesab machines complement each other to produce quality product in a single pass. Ian describes the machines as extremely user-friendly and reliable.
Ian explained that the Tesab machines were selected for their performance and ability to withstand tough working conditions. According to Ian, the 10570 can deliver outputs of up to 300 tonnes per hour, depending on the application and crusher setting.
Local government contracts are an important segment of Colley’s operations, with the company executing work for councils and mining companies such as Peabody Wilpinjong Coal, Ulan Coal, Cadia Copper and Hill End Gold.
After nearly eight months of using the Tesab machines, downtime has been virtually non-existent and the operating costs are low.
Tesab Engineering manufactures an extensive range of track crushing and screening equipment, including two primary jaw crushers, a range of impact crushers as well as a cone crusher recently added to the line-up.
The crusher and screen were supplied by Semco Group , distributor of Tesab crushing and screening equipment for New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
