Making displays more aesthetically pleasing to consumers may be easy as incorporating Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP).
SRP is beginning to make its mark in Australia, reducing costs to load supermarket shelves and as a marketing tool. Using SPR as a marketing tool can add to your branding, providing opportunities of increased brand awareness.
SRP can be utilised to make your brand stand out on the supermarket shelf, without becoming apart of the blur of the competition.
Select Packaging Systems presents FW749 CAMA Case Packer, a medium speed machine, for those who are considering large quantities of product to be packed in SRP. The case packer is able to be integrated into a complete production line, or used as a stand alone unit.
Consisting of four working stations, erecting, product loading, closing and lidding, the case packer is able to achieve 8 -10 cases/minute (or 15 cases/minute if servo driven), dependent on the product characteristics.
With a clear view of the mechanical system and product/package flow, operators are able to ensure that there is a smooth flow and address faults if they should occur.
Being ergonomically designed ensures that there is access to the machine parts through the full height doors.
A fully servo driven case packer allows for easy adjustment from the user friendly operator panel. The electronic phases and function parameters are controlled by the panel.
Hand wheels are used for the change-over process eliminates the need to use tools. All cases are closed by hot melt.
