The Seal Pack module has been designed to help reduce the areas in which char occurs by utilising the zero dead cavity and positive directional flow galleries. The module, used in the gluing equipment, is also designed for high speeds and positive cut off.
Using the Seal Pack module within gluing equipment can help to reduce maintenance costs and the ongoing need for spares. They can also be used with most existing hot melt heads.
Changing the nozzle adapter seat will enable variation between the twirl or spray patterns.
Specialist tools and techniques are not required for repair and service of the Seal Pack glue module, making it quick and easy to service and rebuild.
