Seal-it-Systems  specialises in designing and manufactureing heat sealing equipment for food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, agrochemical and bio-tech sectors. The machines are also useful for laboratory testing or for cost-effective research and development of new products before venturing in large-scale production machinery.

Range of heat sealing equipment from Seal-it-Systems includes hand operated heat seal machines, semi automatic heat seal machines, automatic heat seal machines, lidding machines and quality testing machines. The heat sealing machines are used for pre cut lidding and for reel fed lidding process.

Seal-it-Systems supplies hand operated and semi automatic heat seal machines which are used for pre cut lidding process. The heat sealing equipment includes MK 1, MK IR, MK 3 and Mk 4 Carton Eject.

For reel fed lidding, Seal-it-Systems offers Quick Sealer 1, Quick Sealer 2 and Rotary Filling Machine. Lidding machine series include MK 1 Snap on Lidder and Semi Automatic Lidder while quality testing machines include Pressure Lidder and Burst Strength Tester.

Seal-it-Systems also specialise in sealing and dispensing issues and have recently helped Drink Master and Unilever (Pot Noodle) by providing advice on machine set-up and proposing machine and process improvements. Seal-it-Systems provides on site reviews, followed up with a detailed technical report and follow up visits if required.
