Seal-it-Systems  offers heat sealing equipment such as hand operated heat seal machines, semi automatic heat seal machines, automatic heat seal machines, lidding machines and quality testing machines. The heat sealing machines are used for pre cut lidding and for reel fed lidding process.

MK 1 is a compact hand operated heat seal machine from Seal-it-Systems. The heat seal machine is ideal for small scale production, quality control or product development. The heat sealing machine is easy to operate and can be adjusted to suit containers of different heights and sizes. The heat seal machine is also available with an extended pillar and larger base plate for sealing large bottles and drums. In this sealing machine, temperature can be electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life. The sealing machine is made from stainless steel and aluminium construction.

Quick Sealer is a compact reel fed semi automatic heat seal machine from Seal-it-Systems. The heat seal machine is ideal for fast food outlets, supermarkets and restaurants. Semi automatic heat seal machine is safe and easy to operate and has a capacity ranging from 400 to 900 units per hour. All machines are available with a cup counter for easy calculation of machine output. Semi automatic heat seal machine is also available for large scale production.
