will be exhibiting at the 20th Australian Institute of Physics Congress to be held at the University of New South Wales from 9 to 13 December 2012.
Additionally, the 37th Australian Conference on Optical Fibre Technology (ACOFT) organised by the Australian Optical Society and Engineers Australia will be co-located with the AIP Congress.
The AIP/ACOFT 2012 Congress is one of the major events on the Australian Physics calendar of 2012.
Attracting many of Australia’s finest physicists plus a number of prominent overseas attendees, the AIP Congress provides a platform for discussions within specialist physics topics while also offering opportunities for physicists from academia, government, industry and the commercial sector to keep up with developments in areas outside their core interests.
The Congress brings together approximately 20 special interest groups. The co-location of ACOFT will additionally attract specialists working on diverse research applications of optical fibre technology.
The four-day program includes plenary lectures, parallel sessions, catered poster sessions, an exhibition, public lecture, industry forum, welcome reception and the Congress dinner, all of which provide a variety of settings for delegates to increase and update their knowledge as well as network among peers.
