Scientific Solutions has an exclusive distribution agreement with KSV Instruments, Finland as the national Australian and New Zealand distributor of all KSV products.

We are happy to announce the availability in Australia and New Zealand of this technology.

Compression/expansion isotherms of monolayers provide a wealth of information about macroscopic physical behaviour as related to chemical structure.

However, many questions remain about the detailed structure and behaviour of the interface.

For example, the structure of a floating monolayer is often not uniform, with ordered domains forming over relatively large areas.

The Brewster Angle Microscope (BAM 300) exploits differences in refractive index between the domains to provide microscopic maps of surface structure.

Scientific Solutions are the surface science instrumentation specialists with a wealth of experience in supplying solutions for research and development and industrial measurement requirements.
