Schaefer Systems International has announced expansion to its Melbourne operation. According to Mr Alan Clark, Managing Director, SSI Schaefer Australasia, the announcement to open a second office in the Altona area in Victoria is a key component of their Australasian growth.
“With the increasing number of large installations and the growth of our clientele in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, we needed to open a second office to manage the clients efficiently,” Mr Clark said. “Our new office will ultimately increase customer service response times, give greater coverage in an expanding market and provide an office for overseas visiting SSI Schaefer personnel closer to the airport,” he said.
SSI Schaefer has released three new products in the last twelve months which were the ipick system, the WIMAS Warehouse Management System and the Orbiter Satellite System enabling new product offerings to the market.
