Pallet Live Storage
Working on the principle of "parts to the picker", the Pallet Live Storage system provides excellent volume utilisation on First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.

Speed reduction units control the speed of pallets, and prevent line build up and pressure, automatic offload separation gates and entry guides ensure ease of operation
As each lane can be used to store different commodities, more picking faces are available than with Drive-in
For non-standard pallet sizes, either high-density roller or multi track systems can be provided
They are ideal for high cost environment e.g.: cold stores and offer good order picking and a fast picking rate
The good floor area utilisation is 60% net pallet area usage, of overall warehouse area
Systems can be designed to 20 + a pallet in depth but the required gradient is approximately 4% which must be taken into consideration when designing on load height

The stored goods roll automatically into an ideal picking position
The “first-in/first-out” principle (FIFO) ensures that no outdated stock remains on the shelf
Live storage racking systems provide flexible and economical order picking and replenishment
The flow beds can be placed in a variety of positions within the rack structure by means of adjustable clips
These flow beds are fully assembled in a single unit and can be adjusted in terms of both inclination and height in small increments without using bolts
Secure rollers/dividing rails ensure a smooth movement of containers from the replenishment area to the picking face
