CimCore releases Stinger IIi portable CMM
CimCore continue to lead the portable metrology industry, with the release of the Stinger IIi portable arm with infinite rotation and improved counterbalance, complimenting its existing Stinger II range of portable CMMs.
The improvements do nothing to alter the accuracies enjoyed by the original Stinger II range, simply offering an alternative to the product line-up between the robust, budget conscious Stinger II and the ultimate, no compromise infinite series arms.

Stinger IIi
The Stinger IIi is based on the same proven technology as the Stinger II, but adds the freedom of Infinite rotation and the functionality of a new style counterbalance system. Features, which were previously only available on CimCore’s high end CMM line, are now available.
Infinite arm
The ultimate in portable CMM technology: This arm combines top of the line accuracy, with industry leading features such as infinite rotation, cable-free Wi-Fi, integrated camera, and a Zero-G counterbalance. For the user, who needs the precision and dexterity of the infinite arm with an unmatched feature set, this is the arm. All sizes are available in 6 or 7 axis models.
