Scale Components launches in-motion catchweighing system (12-Mar-2008)
Scale Components has launched Australian National Measurement Institute (NMI) pattern/type approved SC4000 in-motion catchweighing system.

Scale Components recently welcomed Ray Chappelow to the team as their product manager for measurement information systems.
Ray will be responsible for developing custom applications, in-motion weighing systems and cubing and measurement systems.
Ray Chappelow is well known to many in the industry having played significant roles for the last thirty years.
Ray’s career in weighing and process control started in 1975 with Avery Australia where he specialised in variable weight pre-pack labelling systems used by the majority of the major food retailers.
This led him in to labelling and variable image printing industry where Ray has held senior management positions with Esselte Meto, Insignia and Dy-Mark.
Ray is a full member of the Australian Institute of Packaging.
During Ray’s thirty plus years in the industry he has been responsible for the design and roll out of weighing, labelling and variable image printing solutions for many of Australia’s major food, beverage and manufacturing companies.
