Industrial scales and weighing systems


THE Sartorius Group has signed a distribution agreement with Scale Components for the Sartorius industrial range of scales and weighing systems.

Scale Components is a well-known supplier of components to the weighing industry in Australia.

Over the past few years Scale Components business has expanded into dimensional measuring systems for the freight industry, laboratory test and measurement equipment and weighbridges.

With the growth in technical calibration and service support, as well as sales and distribution throughout Australia, managing director Ian Fleming recognised the international strength of the Sartorius Group, whose industrial weighing product growth and portfolio matches his long-term company growth plans.

Sartorius is part of the worldwide Sartorius Group, which is regarded as a leader in the fields of weighing and filtration, also known as mechatronics, combining innovative design and manufacturing with experience gained over 130 years.
