Now available from Scale Components , the CubiScan 110 cubing system was designed for inline freight shipping applications as it provides a flexible and ergonomic layout for maximum cubing and weighing productivity.

With its carton length and width sensors positioned so as not to interfere with product throughput, the CubiScan 110 cubing system allows for pass-through package processing and is ideal for small to medium parcel manifesting and shipment auditing applications that require a cost effective carton cubing and weighing system.

The power and convenience of CubiScan’s interface allows dimensional and weight data to be quickly transferred to shipping or warehouse management systems for immediate use.

The CubiScan 110 cubing system is robust, with a maximum measurement range of 762mm x 610mm x 914mm and a net weight capacity of 50kg. Yet it is precise, with a measurement resolution of 2mm and weight resolution of 0.05 kg.

The CubiScan 110 cubing system is highly flexible and can be used as a mobile, stand-alone cubing and weighing system when deployed on a mobile cart with a portable power supply system. Alternatively it can be located between conveyors for quick and efficient processing of parcels in a fast paced manifesting application.

With an optional PC-based interface, CubiScan 110 cubing machines are also capable of managing thousands of data records, can interface to barcode scanning equipment, label printing devices, and can communicate directly (in batch or real-time mode) with shipping/manifesting software or warehouse management systems.

The CubiScan 110 cubing and weighing system can help eliminate costly charge-backs and make a difference in the most important aspect of any business: the bottom line.

Scale Components is the exclusive distributor for the CubiScan range of cubing and dimensioning systems in Australia.
