SAURIN manufactures custom built CIP sets that are suitable for dairy, food processing and pharmaceuticals applications.
The CIP sets are capable of washing the plant with optimum use of detergents and are suitable for allergen products washing, including pasta lines with peanuts and seafood.
The CIP sets can be built in configurations to suit individual requirements and environmental conditions. The plant comes with its own Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that records the complete sequence of events. This information is essential for a food factory to comply with the regulations and keep records of the cleaning.
Information about the process can be stored in a PC and exported to a spreadsheet programme for manipulation.
All plants are tested at Saurin’s Longwarry Food Park prior to despatch, saving downtime and costs to the customer.
The CIP sets incorporate a three tank recirculation unit that can also work as a single use unit for washing a part of the plant. This is essential to prevent cross contamination from allergen products.
Saurin’s CIP system uses a novel method of separating solids from returning detergents which allows the plants consume less detergent.
The CIP units are very energy efficient and incorporate heat regeneration.
